Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment; no fees are charged for the refund.
Early expiry for digital content (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code)
For contracts on digital content (token balance and AI generations) the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after the consumer (1) expressly consented to us starting before the end of the withdrawal period and (2) confirmed their knowledge that this consent forfeits the right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained at purchase. Independently of this, tokens already CONSUMED are excluded from refunds; for partial use before an effective withdrawal, the value attributable to the use is deducted.
